Built to last.
Our greenhouse sits at 1 700 m in Charentsavan, 40 km north of Yerevan. Strong highland sun and cold nights slow the bud down. Heads grow larger, colour deepens, stems stay straight.
Every stem is cut in the morning, graded by hand and in cold water within the hour.

Highland UV and a wide day-night swing push pigment: reds go darker, pinks stay clean.
